Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

ELOY LEDO LÓPEZ is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

What do we process your personal data for?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations planned to carry out the processing are:

Sending commercial and advertising communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the CONTROLLER and will relate to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom promotional agreements have been made. Processing orders, requests, responding to inquiries or any type of petition made by the USER through any of the contact forms available on the CONTROLLER’s website.

Sending an online newsletter regarding updates, offers and promotions related to our activity.

Why are we allowed to process your personal data?

Because the processing is legitimised by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters.

By the CONTROLLER’s legitimate interest: conducting market studies, statistical analyses, etc., and processing orders, requests, etc., at the USER’s request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data will be stored no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or for the period required by legal obligations. Once it is no longer needed, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure anonymisation or complete destruction.

Who do we share your personal data with?

No communication of personal data to third parties is planned except, if necessary, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The USER has the following rights:

The right to withdraw consent at any time.

The right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of their data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing.

The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es

2. Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided by the user

By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact or download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to process their request, the inclusion of other data being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is truthful and is responsible for notifying any modifications.

The CONTROLLER informs that all the data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all the required data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services offered will fully meet their needs.

3. Security measures

In accordance with current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER states that it complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the processing of the personal data under its responsibility, and explicitly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, under which data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect USERS’ rights and freedoms and has provided them with the necessary information to exercise those rights.
