ELOY LEDO L\u00d3PEZ is the CONTROLLER of the USER\u2019s personal data and informs that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3\/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).<\/p>

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations planned to carry out the processing are:<\/p>

Because the processing is legitimised by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:<\/p>

How long will we keep your personal data?<\/strong><\/p>

Data will be stored no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or for the period required by legal obligations. Once it is no longer needed, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure anonymisation or complete destruction.<\/p>

2. Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided by the user<\/h3>

By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact or download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to process their request, the inclusion of other data being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is truthful and is responsible for notifying any modifications.<\/p>

The CONTROLLER informs that all the data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all the required data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services offered will fully meet their needs.<\/p>

3. Security measures<\/h3>

In accordance with current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER states that it complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the processing of the personal data under its responsibility, and explicitly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, under which data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.<\/p>

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect USERS\u2019 rights and freedoms and has provided them with the necessary information to exercise those rights.<\/p>
